Impact resistant - We jumped and danced on it. Yes, the heaviest amongst us tried to squash it by jumping on it but the data was still intact and the casing did not crack. When we drove a car over it, the connecter did get bent which was straightened but data was found to be intact and drive was working fine.
Shock resistant - We have tested dropping from 50m height which is equivalent to 5 storey building. The data was intact and casing did not break.
Boiling water-resistant - We went the extra step. Instead of just testing for water resistance, we dropped the Pen drive in boiling water for 5 minutes. The data was intact even after this extreme test.
Of course we do not expect people to drop their pen drives in a cup of tea. And even if it is dropped, one will take out in few seconds, but we built a drive that can take care of even extreme events.
