1. ZipMem Pen Drive / USB Drive:

   All ZipMem Pen Drive series are covered by 3 Years warranty.

2. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd's cumulative liability across all counts and events is limited to the current market price of product only.

3. The warranty not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

   • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

   • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.

   • Any damage of the product during shipment.

   • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

   • Normal wear and tear.

   • Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.

4. The product is not meant for life saving applications, nuclear, strategic or similar extreme applications.

5. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be Delhi, India.

6. The warranty policy mentioned herein is applicable for the products that are sold on or after Jan 13th, 2011. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to update, change or withdraw one or more clauses in part or entirely as per it's sole discretion, without any prior notice or announcement.

For End users

1. ZipMem by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.

2. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. endeavors to provide replacement across the counter for Zipmem products provided stock is available else request shall be taken and shall be provided as soon as possible.

3. The replaced product shall have FRESH Warranty for another period of 3 years.

4. For replacement of faulty modules you may contact the Toll Free No. as given in Contact Details or visit any of the locations as specified in Warranty Locations for across the counter replacement. Kindly note that across the counter replacement shall be provided at these locations provided a product of similar specifications is available at that location.

5. The Company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the across the counter replacement facility and also change or withdraw the warranty locations as specified hereunder without any notice.

6. The suspected faulty product shall be replaced only if it is confirmed to be faulty at the warranty location.
